The Tribunal hears a range of disputes, including anti-doping matters, integrity-related issues, disciplinary appeals, selection appeals and other sports-related disputes where all parties agree to refer the matter to the Tribunal.
Its purpose is to ensure athletes, national sport organisations and other parties have access to a dispute resolution process that is affordable, timely, efficient and just.
