📍 Roll Call: 7:30am🏐 First Game: 7:45am⏱️ Finish: Approximately 11:30am
🟦 Duties:All duties will be completed by the Host Association.
🔄 Format:We will be playing roll-on, roll-off, so please ensure you keep up with the pace of your pool.Knock-out after pool play – only the top team progresses.

Team Entry Payment Due: Friday, 20 Nov 2025 ($60 per team inc gst )
Team Rosters Due in Teambuilder: Thursday 20 Nov 2025- was extended
1. Enter Teams in TeamBuilder - see this support article or ask VNZ for the link to your team so you can get players to enter themselves
2. Register players and other team members (coach/manager etc.) through the Volleyball Player 2025 registration form.
3. Assign Players and other team members to their teams in TeamBuilder.
If a team enters, then withdraws from the Event, the refund policy is: No Refund 2 weeks before the tournament.
