Volleyball New Zealand are also calling for Expressions of Interest to be a Referee Delegate for the 2026 North Island Junior (NIJ) and South Island Junior (SIJ) Championships and North Island Satellite Cup (NISS) (Lower North)
We are seeking:
- Four (4) North - Auckland,
- Two (2) South - Christchurch
- Two (2) Satellite - Wellington
Applicants must:
- Hold a Volleyball New Zealand (VNZ) National Referee Accreditation for at least two years.
- Be an active official within their region and zone.
- Be actively involved in delivering and facilitating referee courses within the region.
- Be up to date with all current rules, interpretations, and rule changes.
- Have previously served as a Referee Delegate at a VNZ-hosted or VNZ-sanctioned event or provide evidence demonstrating equivalent competency (e.g. a diary or record of matches officiated, including the event name and competition level).
- Be available to work for the full duration of the event and not be participating as a coach or player.
Selection Preference
Where applicants meet the eligibility criteria, local applicants will be given preference over non-local applicants during the selection process.
