About Our Beach Events

Our beach volleyball calendar offers a range of events for athletes ready to take their next step in the sport, whether that’s through school competition, representing their region, or joining the GJ Gardner Homes New Zealand Beach Tour. The season begins with the NZ Junior Beach Tour #1 in Mount Maunganui, followed by the Interprovincial Championships (IPC) and a mix of junior and senior competitions across Karapiro, Auckland, Christchurch, and Mount Maunganui. Highlights include the Futures tournament in Mount Maunganui, the NZ Open for both junior and senior divisions, and the New Zealand Secondary Schools Beach Volleyball Championships (NZSSBVC), providing opportunities for athletes at all levels to compete, develop, and showcase their skills on the sand.
