An adult chaperone must be present in the arena at all times and have 100% responsibility of their team during the social. Teams must enter and leave together.
There will be no bags (backpack, school bags etc) allowed in the venue during this time.
Volleyball NZ has the right to remove teams due to inappropriate behaviour (if it is individuals the whole team will be asked to leave with their adult chaperone)

Due to venue capacity and meeting the required finish times by School Sport NZ, entries will be capped to 98 boys and 98 girls due to venue capacity. Only those who have qualified through their Regional qualifiers will have confirmed spots based on the current seedings (to be loaded).

Please note: that A1, B1 & C1 are the only teams seeded and the rest have been placed to try and get a geographic split as much as possible (most of these spots don’t have 3 years worth of results, so can’t do an accurate weighted average).

Only 1 wildcard application can be requested through Regional Association with supporting documents
Regional Association to submit the application online for approval from VNZ upon completion of regions seeding tournament or 13th March (whichever is latest).
