Tournament Protocols - Alert Level 2
VNZ has been working with a Health and Safety expert who has reviewed all of our plans and will continue to input into these plans as situations change and evolve.
Because of the potential scenario of yoyo-ing between levels and some regions in different levels, we are informing you of the protocols and procedures for different scenarios. Please read these procedures below and familiarise yourselves. You will have to relay this to your coaches, managers and players.
- All regions in Level 1
- Opening ceremony, technical meeting, all 24 courts running, normal playing rules, socials
- All regions in Level 1 except for 1 region
- Run with alert level 2 protocols and procedures, e-technical meeting, no opening ceremony, adjusted rules, no socials
- More than 2 regions in Level 2 and 1 in Level 3
- Run with alert level 2 protocols and procedures, e-technical meeting, no opening ceremony, adjusted rules, no socials
- The region in level 3 will be excluded from the event.
- More than 2 regions in Level 3
- Tournament is cancelled

Entry Fee:
$850 per team GST incl. due as stated on Invoice.
Late Team entries accepted at organisers’ discretion.
Late entry fee is $950.00 per team.
