National A	A Grade	Level 2/80%	5 First Ref 5 Second 2 Scorer	Any Zone match and some National level	Only matches Div 1 at Clubs or higher will be eligible for assessment This level is notified to FIVB.
National AA			Performance reviewed across the year, peer assessment, VNZRC confirmation	Able to ref any game including friendly Internationals	Upgrades made annually, Tournament Chief Referee service essential. This level is notified to FIVB.
